So good! James was thorough in his investigation of my shoulder problem. He said I would need about three sessions but after only two sessions (including acupuncture) my issue was resolved. I visited the Bay Clinic having experienced muscle tightness, pain and decreased range of movement to my left shoulder for nearly a year. I saw Damion who was incredibly kind and professional. He really listened to my concerns without judgement. I visited 3 times in total for the initial assessment and 2 sessions of Osteopathy. Damion gave me appropriate exercises and even suggested that I video him doing the exercises so that he could be sure I would have the resources available to do the exercises properly. He lent me a resistance band and then when I returned it he showed me further exercises that I can continue with to keep the muscles strong to prevent this from worsening or recurring. My pain is exponentially improved following my treatment. I would recommend 100%. The environment of the Bay Clinic is really tastefully decorated and pleasant to visit. I was particularly impressed that Damion's whole focus was on providing me with the tools to prevent me from needing his services in the future.

Highly recommend seeing James at The Bay Clinic. I had been suffering from excruciating pain in my wrist which was keeping me awake at night - I had been to see my GP Physio who recommended RICE treatment, anti-inflammatories and a wrist splint which weren’t easing the pain at all, so I went to see James. I recently visited The Bay Clinic after developing a limp caused by a continuous nagging pain in my right foot. As I spend a lot of my working day on my feet this was causing me considerable discomfort. James quickly pinpointed the problem with the ultrasound and recommended some custom made insoles. After a few simple measurements he trimmed the insoles to size and slipped them into my shoes. I immediately felt the difference and found that not only had the limp disappeared, but the pain had also significantly subsided. Very impressed.
