Recognised by all major insurance companies
James is recognised by all major insurance companies such as AXA, AVIVA, Simplyhealth and Vitality. Please make sure you have your Membership and Authorisation number with you at your first appointment. It is your responsibility to make sure you are covered for consultations and treatments, and this will likely mean being referred to James through your GP/consultant. Cancellation policy
A charge of 50% is payable when appointments are changed or cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment. You will be expected to pay your full consultation fee for missed appointments where you do not inform us.
NB: We cannot charge medical insurance companies for missed appointments or cancellation fees.
